Dinner at the Slades
A group of students is coming over for dinner tonight. This semester I have been in charge of the Language Resource Center (basically a computer lab for langs), so we thought it would be fun to have the student workers over for dinner. Here is the menu:
- Shrimp and Grits
- Strawberry and Walnut Salad
- Lemon and Rosemary Marinated Grilled Chicken with Couscous and Sauteed Balsamic Mushrooms
- Ginger Honey Glazed Carrots
